  • We will be completing Unit 29 this week.  Today, work on p. 181 in cursive.

Phonics:

Language Arts:
  • In a Google Doc, complete the following task.  Do not forget to put your name somewhere on the Doc. Check your spelling, capitalization, and punctuation before you share your document with me.

  • Watch the play “Grace and the Time Machine” again at this link: https://youtu.be/qN-ADD_GW2k

English:
  • Read p. 138 on Time Words.  Pay close attention to the list of time words in the yellow box.

Religion:
  • Complete p. 140.  You must complete “Show What You Know” and “Celebrate”
    • When completing “Celebrate” you must go to p. 135 to find out the closest holy day of obligation to today’s date of April 28th.

  • Read p. 148 on the French Revolution and p. 149 on George Washington.
    • Research a battle during the Revolutionary War that did NOT occur in New Jersey.

      • What was the date of the battle?
      • How long did the battle last?
      • What was the outcome (win, lose, or draw)?
      • What was the most interesting thing you learned about this battle?
