~*October is the month of the Rosary. We will be praying a decade of the rosary every morning this whole month. If the students have a set of rosary beads they like to pray on, please put them in a plastic baggy and leave them in their book bags.*~
Homework:
Math: Workbook p. 11 #1, 3, 5, 6, and 8. Please practice your multiplication facts for at least 15 minutes each evening. I sent home a list of all multiplication facts that students can practice with.
Spelling: Unit 4 test will be taken tomorrow.
Phonics: Workbook p. 15-18 are due tomorrow.
Language Arts: Complete worksheet p. 7 on the Author's Purpose. Study the study guides we completed as a class. We will take our Lewis and Clark and Me quiz tomorrow.
~Regular school uniforms should be worn starting tomorrow. Full uniforms should be worn on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday while gym uniforms are worn on Wednesday and Thursday.
~First Friday mass will be tomorrow, Friday, October 2nd. It will be sponsored by the 8th grade class. Only students are allowed in the church at this time. Make sure students are in full uniform on Friday.
~Pizza orders by tomorrow. Two slices of pizza cost $3.00.
