Dear Parents and Students,
~*I sent a Language Arts quiz and a Spelling test home on Friday with every student in the class. Please make sure you send these back in to school tomorrow if you have not already done so. If you requested to have your child's test/quizzes sent home, you MUST SIGN AND RETURN THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I keep all assessments in a filing cabinet until the end of the school year. Thank you for your help in this matter.*~
Homework:
Math: Complete p. 9 evens in your workbooks.
Spelling: Unit 4 work is due on Thursday. We will take our Unit 4 test on Friday.
Phonics: p. 17-19 are due Friday.
English: Complete workbook p. 8.
Writing: Our favorite food journal writes are due by tomorrow, Wednesday 9/28. You must fully complete these, hand write them on lined paper, and hand them in to me tomorrow morning. We have worked on these since last Monday.
Religion: We will take our Chapter 1 test on Thursday 9/29. We completed our study guides today, we will play Kahoot on Wednesday and take our test Thursday. Please make sure to keep your study guides in your homework folders this entire week.
Upcoming Events:
~There is an 8th grade tag day this Friday 9/30. Please bring in your dollar and dress down in yellow for pediatric cancer awareness month. If you would like to send in $10 dollars to pay for the entire year, you may do that as well.
~There will be school store Friday 9/30. Starting in October school store will be held on Tuesday's.
