Spelling:  Unit 2 work is due on Friday.  We will take our Unit 2 test on Friday as well.

Phonics:  Complete pages 13-16 due by Friday.

Upcoming Events:

~Fourth Grade picture day is Monday September 15th.  Please let me know if you have signed your child up for pictures.

~We will start off our school year with a special dress down day to support childhood cancer.  Any and all money that is donated will be given to the Goryeb Children's Hospital in Morristown.  Please wear yellow or gold to show your support.  This dress down day will take place on Friday September 19th.

Thursday September 11th

Dear Parents and Students,

Math:  Complete p. 3 #1-14 only.

Spelling:  Our Unit 1 Spelling test will be taken tomorrow.  You may go on the ZB portal to study.

Phonics:  Complete pages 10-12 due by tomorrow.

~Back to School night is tonight, Thursday 9/11.  Doors open for "Meet the HSA" at 6:00.  If you are interested in signing your child up for band, they will have a short meeting at 6:30.  Mr. Dunnigan will start the meeting promptly at 7:00 p.m.  There is no childcare provided, please try to make other accommodations.

Tuesday September 9th

Dear Parents and Students,

Homework:

Math:  Complete p. 1 #1-11 only.

Spelling:  Complete p. 6 for homework tonight.  We took our Unit 1 Spelling Pretest yesterday.  If your child earned a 100% they do not need to take the Unit 1 test on Friday.  But you must sign and return their test in order for that to happen.  

If your child comes home with a Pretest that does not designate that they earned a 100%, they will take the Unit 1 test on Friday.  Students must study these words all week.

Phonics:  Complete pages 10-12 due by Friday.

Monday September 8th

~*Please make sure you have checked the parent/student handbook.  I have given verbal warnings today.  Tomorrow, yellow warning slips will be sent home.*~

Friday September 5th

Please make sure your Chromebooks are fully charged for Monday.  We start our day with Computers and Spanish.

Please be aware that handbook enforcement will go into effect starting Monday.

The only homework for tonight is to fully charge your Chromebooks.  Chromebooks should be brought to school every day.  Also, please get in the habit of emptying out your Homework folders on a daily basis.
