Wednesday November 27th

*~I hope you all have a blessed, restful, and relaxing Thanksgiving holiday.  I pray that the love of the Lord fills you all when you are surrounded by those you love the most.  I am so very thankful to have you all to teach but also learn and grow from.  I am most thankful for our wonderful school, STS!

~Autumn Prayer~

O God of Creation, you have blessed us with the changing of the seasons.

As we embrace these autumn months,

May the earlier setting of the sun

Remind us to take the time to rest.

May the crunch of the leaves beneath our feet

Remind us of the brevity of this earthly life.

May the steam of our breath in the cool air remind us that it is you who give us your breath of life.

May the scurrying of the squirrels and the migration of the birds

Remind us that you call us to follow your will.

We praise you for your goodness forever and ever.

Spelling:  Unit 12 Review is due tomorrow.

Phonics:  Complete pages  66-68 by tomorrow.

-Please sign and return the Christmas brunch permission slip as soon as possible.

-Just a reminder tomorrow is a half day of school with an 11:30 dismissal.  There will be no aftercare.

-There will be no school on 11/28 and 11/29 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

-Please send in your Santa Shop preorder forms by Wednesday 11/27.
