Monday April 20th

*I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter Break!  I hope you are all rested and ready to take on the next weeks for remote learning!  We will NOT be having a Meet today. There is nothing to go over or discuss considering we have been on break for the past week.  We will Meet tomorrow afternoon, most likely around 1:45.*

~*Happy Birthday Isabelle!!*~

E-Learning Lessons:

Math:
  • Complete the Chapter 13 Pretest worksheet.  The worksheet page number is 411E. Find a picture of it below.  This will show me what you already know regarding decimals and what we need to work on.

Spelling:
  • We will be working on Unit 28 this week.  Please complete page 174 in cursive. Separate the words according to their suffixes.

Phonics:
  • Complete page 148 in cursive.

Language Arts:
  • Our new selection is “Grace and the Time Machine.”  Read pages 190-191 in your Reading Street books.
    • In a Google Doc, use each vocabulary word in a sentence.  For example - “Jesus rising from the dead is a miracle.”
      • Don’t forget to put your heading “Grace and the Time Machine”, highlight the vocabulary words in your sentences, and write your name somewhere on the Doc.
    • Then complete workbook p. 74 #1-10 (this should be in your dark blue practice book).

English:
  • Read page 400 in your English textbooks on Irregular Adjectives that Compare.
    • On a separate piece of paper, complete Exercise #1 & 2 (you only have to write the word that best completes the sentence).
    • You DO NOT need to share this with me, but you need to hold onto this because we will be going over it during our Meet time tomorrow.  \
    • Then complete workbook p. 63 all.

Religion:
  • Read p. 132-133 in your Religion books.
  • Complete the “We Respond” on p. 133 in cursive on ways that your family can honor God this Sunday.
  • We will be discussing your “We Respond” during our Meet time on Tuesday.
