Language Arts:
  • Read pages 188-189 on Drawing Conclusions.  Remember, you are not actually drawing something.  You are coming to a conclusion about something using facts and details.  Mentally answer the Skill and Strategy questions on the right side of p. 189 while you are reading “Time Traveler”.
  • Then complete p .78 #1-5 in your Language Arts dark blue practice book.

English:
  • Read p. 406 on Positions of Adjectives.  Some adjectives come before the nouns they describe.  Other adjectives come after the nouns they describe in the form of subject complements.

    • Then complete workbook p. 66.

Religion:
  • Read pages 138-139 on the two different kinds of Works of Mercy.  Complete the We Respond on the bottom of p. 139.

Science:
  • On pages C84-C88 in your Science textbook, give me the vocabulary words and their definitions in a Google Doc.
    • Make sure you have your heading “Where Do Organisms Live in the Ocean?”
    • Write your name at the top.
    • Give me the three vocabulary words with their definitions (light zone, dark zone, and coral reef.)
    • Highlight the three vocabulary words.
