Math: 


Spelling:
  • This week’s Unit is Unit 31.  Complete p. 192 today.
    • The top section must be words that have a Vowel Consonant Vowel (VCV) pattern where the first vowel is short.
    • The bottom section must be words that have a Vowel Consonant Vowel (VCV) pattern where the first vowel is long.


Phonics:
  • Complete page 161 in cursive.


Language Arts:
  • Read pages 212-213 on Fact and Opinion.  Pay close attention to the 4 cream colored boxes on the right side of page 213.  Answer any questions they ask as you read the selection “So You Want to be a Lumberjack?”
  • Complete workbook p. 83 in your Language Arts wkbk.


English:


Religion:
  • Read p. 150-151 on the Concluding Rites.
  • Complete the illustration on p. 151.

Science:
  • Find the Rubber Ducky Current Science papers.  They look like this:

  • Read the information about the rubber ducky spill.  Look closely at the map of the the Pacific Ocean and the different currents that run through it.
  • Complete the chart, listing where the rubber ducky’s may have landed and what currents they may have floated on.
