~*Please sign and return the Bagel Breakfast permission slip by Thursday 10/7*~
Homework:
Math: Complete workbook p. 9.
Practice your multiplication facts for at least 15 minutes a day.
Spelling: Unit 5 work is due on Thursday. Unit 5 test will also be taken on Thursday.
Phonics: Please complete pages 22-24 by Thursday.
Language Arts: Finish the definitions for Grandfather's Journey. Then complete p. 24 #1-10 in your work packet.
Religion: We will begin praying a decade of the rosary this month. We will pray this the entire month of October. If you have a rosary you would like to pray on, please put it in a small plastic bag and bring it into school.
Upcoming Events:
~There will be no school on Friday October 8th and Monday October 11th. The 8th is a Professional Development day for teachers, and the 11th is in observance of Columbus Day.
~October Scholastic book orders are due by Friday October 22nd. You can order online using our classroom code JDD2N. You can also order by paying with a check made payable to Scholastic.
~Our class raised the most money for the STS Walk-A-Thon. We will have a pizza party! I will let you know the exact day of our pizza party so you can plan accordingly.
