Thursday January 13th

Dear Parents and Students,

~*Mr. Reed and I have decided to reschedule our buddy movie morning for Friday January 21st.  We are going to change our snack from popcorn to Oreo's.  If you do not wish to have your child eat the Oreo cookies, please send in a note as soon as possible.*~

Homework: 

Math:  Workbook p. 59.

Spelling:   Unit 17 test will be taken tomorrow.

Phonics:  Please complete pages 73-76 by tomorrow.

English:  Workbook p. 31.  Have the name and address of the local person you would like to write your formal letter to by tomorrow, Friday 1/14.

Language Arts:  Finish the "Thunderstorm" worksheets if you did not finish them in class.  Journal Writes are due on Tuesday 1/18.

Social Studies:  Finish the Chapter 3 Book Review we started in class today by tomorrow, Friday 1/14.

~ Please visit https://forms.gle/ofFuGPsdaQL2mZWq8 if you want to order a Catholic Schools Week t-shirt.  Each shirt is $10 each.  These t-shirts can be worn on any gym day along with the gym uniform shirt.

~Pizza money for the month of January is due by tomorrow if you have not already submitted your payment.  

~January tag day is tomorrow, Friday 1/14.  The theme is Sports/Game Day.  Please bring in your dollar and dress down to support the eighth grade class.

~There will be no school on Monday January 17th in observance of Mt. Luther King Day.
