Dear Parents and Students,
Homework:
Math: Check Your Progress p. 2 #11-20. We will be reviewing Chapter 1 all week and will take our Chapter 1 test on Thursday.
Vocabulary: This is a Spelling week. If you received a 100% on your Pretest, please sign and return them. Please study your words for our test on Friday. 3 times each is due tomorrow. Three choice board selections are due this week as well, if you wanted to start them early.
Phonics: Complete pages 33-36 by Friday.
Language Arts: We listened to our selection "Grandfather's Journey" today. We will complete our study guides on the selection tomorrow. We will take our quiz on the selection on Friday.
Social Studies: We will take our Chapter 1 test tomorrow.
Upcoming Events:
~School store will be open every Tuesday at lunch time.
~Pizza money is due by Thursday every week. Please make sure to send it in as soon as possible.
~Our October tag day is Friday 10/27. The theme is Halloween colors. Please bring in your dollar and dress down to support the eighth grade class.
