If you are unhappy with the grade you received, you may retake them at the links below. I will accept the highest grade between the two. This must be completed by Friday May 1st.

Spelling:
- We will be completing Unit 29 this week. Today, work on p. 180 in cursive.
- You are separating the words according to their VCCV (vowel consonant consonant vowel) patterns.
- On the top section you are going to put the words that have the consonant cluster ‘ch, fr, cr, cl, sl, gr, pr’.
- On the bottom section you are going to put the words that have the consonant cluster ‘ck or th’,
Phonics:
- Complete page 153 in cursive.
Language Arts:
- Read pages 188-189 on Drawing Conclusions. Remember, you are not actually drawing something. You are coming to a conclusion about something using facts and details. Mentally answer the Skill and Strategy questions on the right side of p. 189 while you are reading “Time Traveler”.
- Then complete p .78 #1-5 in your Language Arts dark blue practice book.
English:
- Read p. 406 on Positions of Adjectives. Some adjectives come before the nouns they describe. Other adjectives come after the nouns they describe in the form of subject complements.
- Complete Exercise #1 on p. 407.
- Then complete workbook p. 66.
Religion:
- Read pages 138-139 on the two different kinds of Works of Mercy. Complete the We Respond on the bottom of p. 139.
- Have the Religion worksheet 131G ready for our Meet time today, we will work on this together as a class.
Science:
- On pages C84-C88 in your Science textbook, give me the vocabulary words and their definitions in a Google Doc.
- Make sure you have your heading “Where Do Organisms Live in the Ocean?”
- Write your name at the top.
- Give me the three vocabulary words with their definitions (light zone, dark zone, and coral reef.)
- Highlight the three vocabulary words.
- When you are finished, share your Doc with me.

- Choose a holy day of obligation from p. 135 in your Religion books. (Not Christmas)
- Find out more information on this specific holy day of obligation.
- Open a Google Doc and put your heading and name at the top of the document as soon as possible. For example, if you choose All Saints’ Day, you will put that at the top and then your name.
- Give me 4 bullet points about this holy day of obligation. When do we celebrate it? Why do we celebrate it? What time of the liturgical calendar does this fall on? Are there any special things done during mass on this holy day of obligation? Answer in complete answers!
- Share this with me.
Science:
- In celebration of Earth Day I would like you to complete this ‘Earth Day’ Doc.
