Wednesday September 30th

~*October is the month of the Rosary.  We will be praying a decade of the rosary every morning this whole month.  If the students have a set of rosary beads they like to pray on, please put them in a plastic baggy and leave them in their book bags.*~

Homework:

Math:  Google Classroom IXL assignment.  Please practice your multiplication facts for at least 15 minutes each evening.  I sent home a list of all multiplication facts that students can practice with.

Spelling:  Unit 4 work is due tomorrow.  Unit 4 test will be taken on Friday.  

Phonics:  Workbook p. 15-18 are due Friday.

Language Arts:  Study the study guides we completed as a class today.  We will take our Lewis and Clark and Me quiz on Friday.

Upcoming Events:

~The Walk-A-Thon is on Thursday October 1st.  Please make sure all your fundraising for this event is turned in prior to Thursday.  

~First Friday mass will be this Friday, October 2nd.  It will be sponsored by the 8th grade class.  Only students are allowed in the church at this time.  Make sure students are in full uniform on Friday.

~Pizza orders by Friday.  Two slices of pizza cost $3.00.

Math:  Complete p. 12 in your workbooks.  Show your work on the separate sheet of paper included.  Please practice your multiplication facts for at least 15 minutes each evening.  I sent home a list of all multiplication facts that students can practice with.

Spelling:  Unit 4 work is due on Thursday.  Unit 4 test will be taken on Friday.  Sign and return any Pretest if you earned a 100%.

Phonics:  Workbook p. 15-18 are due Friday.

English:  Workbook p. 11.

 ~*With the dew lasting longer on the grass each morning it is harder to do outside learning.  Please send a towel in a plastic or reusable shopping bag.  The students can use these to sit on while we complete our outdoor learning.*~
